This excellent room was originally intended for my 8-year old little girl. However, since we've moved to these house 5-years ago, she never gets to sleep on it. Thus we've decided to rent it out last month instead of wasting its purpose.
The room has single bed with wooden frame, built-in robe and shelves, sofa and side desk for your enjoyment. Electric & water is included on your weekly rent and so is free Internet WiFi. I could also give you some space in our fridge for your food & drinks if need be.
Overseas student preferred but not necessary as long as you're a good person (non smoker). We require 2-weeks bond & 2-weeks advance rent, plus copy of your Australian ID (passport, visa or drivers license) prior to tenancy. This house is very close to Foodland and walking distance to Ingle Farm Shopping Centre, Coles, Post Office, Banks, ATMs & Bus Stops. Ingle Farm is not too far to Adelaide City also. It’ll only take you 15-20 mins by Bus (no’s 500, 501 or 502) via Obahn.
Room is available now & open for inspection everyday from 4:45pm onwards.
